Stephanie Bryden

LMT MA #104836
As a recent graduate from the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida and newly licensed massage therapist, I am passionate about collaborating with clients to explore paths to healing. During your massage therapy session with me, I will hold a safe space for clients to bring awareness to their body.

I believe deeply in the power of stillness, slowness and the incredible mystery of the mind-body connection. I've received training in Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, connective, tissue therapy, hydrotherapy, polarity and sports massage.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two adopted sons (both under the age of three).

Ocala is my beloved hometown and I'm excited to serve people of this city in a meaningful, impactful and compassionate way.

Mary received a Yoga Teacher Certification in Vinyasa and Hatha Style yoga in 2017 and continues her study and practice of yoga. Recently she became certified in Holy Yoga, Senior and Chair Yoga.
Mary has personally experienced the physical healing that can result from practicing yoga and is enthusiastic about helping others discover the same benefits.
