Summer Sloan

LMT MA #90501
Summer is continuing her education to become a Physical Therapy Assistant. She grew up on the back of a horse, she was on a horse before she could even walk. For about 6 years she trained horses in a variety of disciplines such as Polo, Barrel Racing and she also worked with Carriage horses. Her favorite was starting horses under saddle. She discovered Massage Therapy from an Equine Massage Therapist who worked on her barrel horses when she high school rodeoed. She loved the aspect of "natural healing" and believes in it 100%. Summer went to massage school as a stepping stone into another career and that is what brought her to Physical Therapy. She also enjoys working at a Physical Therapy rehab as a Massage Therapist. Since she can relate to equestrians, she hopes to offer an "Equestrian Massage" specifically designed for horse back riders which will combine deep tissue massage & advanced stretching the equestrian can use to advance their riding skills.

Danielle Perales

LMT MA#90289
Although I only graduated from massage school in 2018, I have witnessed the healing benefits of massage my entire life. My mother has been a practicing massage therapist for over 40 years and, through her, I saw first hand the power that hands have to heal, release stress and treat injuries. I am a caregiver at heart and truly feel like I'm at my best when I am helping and encouraging others, so massage is a natural fit for me.

Connecting with my clients and tailoring a treatment plan to meet their specific needs is my specialty. I've worked with a wide range of ailments including, but not limited to, athletes, equine athletes, accident and sports related injuries, clients who suffer from chronic stress, headaches, neck and shoulder pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, sciatic-like pain and TMJ.
Using techniques appropriate for the individual, I am here to work with you and your specific needs. Let me customize a massage therapy session just for you! I look forward to meeting you!

Sara Stenson

Sara Stenson, CMT, CST

Chi Gong Instructor
In the mid 1970s as a young student at Naropa Institute, I was a modern dancer that kept watching the T'ai Chi class taking place in the adjacent studio. The couple teaching the class took me under their generous wings and I have been studying, practicing, and teaching T'ai Chi Ch'uan, and Chi Gong since then with great reverence for the skills they taught me. My husband & I's school is Shen Tao T'ai Ch'uan, The Way of the Spirit. We are 2nd generation Cheng man-ch'ing teachers who have taught at Naropa Institute, Rocky Mountain T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Poudre Valley Hospital's Aspen Club for Seniors, & the Dalai Lama's Conference on Education in Boulder, CO. It is a lifelong love for this ancient art which is a meditation, a martial art, and a spiritual path to robust health and wellness that has grown deep roots within me.

I thrive when I can share this beautiful art and dance with others. We moved from New Mexico to Ocala in May 2019, where we live with 3 dogs, 2 cats & 2 horses.
