We understand how important the safety of our clients and staff is, but also want to help everyone stay active and healthy during these unprecedented times, so we continue to implement preventive measures in our facilities. They consist of the following:

Massage Protocol:
1) Face Coverings may be worn by the therapist when clients are face up & the therapist is working close to the client's face. If your therapist is not wearing a mask and you prefer that they do, please ask them. Please let management (Maureen 352-614-8346) know if you have concerns about a masking situation you’ve encountered.
2) We may ask the client to wear a face covering while face up if they are exhibiting symptoms such as allergy symptoms.
3) Each massage room is thoroughly disinfected with a Hospital Grade Disinfectant after each client.
4) Please text your therapist when you arrive, then wait in your car until your therapist lets you know it's okay to come in. They may still be disinfecting & preparing the room for you.
5) Please contact us to let us know if you're not feeling well, we would rather reschedule you for another day in order to keep everyone safe.

Yoga Protocol:
1) Each yoga room is thoroughly disinfected with a Hospital Grade Disinfectant after each class.
2) Bring your own soft props, blankets & strap. (New Students, please contact Maureen @ 352-425-3700 regarding props.)
3) THERE WILL BE LIMITED SPACE at this time due to Covid Safe Distancing Guidelines, so it will be necessary to confirm your intent to attend class ahead of time with the teacher.
4) Please contact us to let us know if you're not feeling well, we would rather reschedule you for another day in order to keep everyone safe.
