FOR MASSAGE CLIENTS ONLY - LEGAL IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Due to the new requirements of HB 197 effective July 1st 2024, Massage Therapists are required to obtain a completed intake form for each client before treatment can begin. We are also required to confirm the identification of the client with a current photo identification, providing the client's full legal name and home address.

PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE A MASSAGE APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO COMPLY WITH THESE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. Your credit card will be charged the full fee for the appointment IF you schedule, and are then unwilling to comply with these legal requirements.

CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES FOR MASSAGE CLIENTS AND YOGA STUDENTS:
To be fair to our clients who are on the waiting list, and out of consideration for our massage therapists’ time, we have the following CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This advance notice allows the opportunity for someone else to book an appointment or join a class.

If you do not give proper notice, we require payment in full for the appointment. If you have a gift certificate, it may be redeemed as your missed appointment fee. Repeat missed appointments will result in pre-payment before re-booking.

Out of respect and consideration for your therapist or class instructor and other clients and students, PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. Late arrivals for massage appointments may result in your time on the table being cut short AND the full fee will be charged.
