Multi-Level 60 Class with Maureen

When & Time: Every Tuesday @ 9:45am to 10:45am

Multi-level yoga class is suited for any age and any fitness level. Beginners welcome!

Stretch & Strengthen with Mary

When & Time: Every Thursday @ 8:15am to 9:15am

Stretch & Strengthen w/Mary Stevens

Equestrian Yoga

When & Time: Every Monday @ 1:30pm to 2:30pm

Riders will enjoy greater strength & stability.  The increased body awareness is intended to improve the rider's connection with their horse.

Restorative Yoga

When & Time: Every Monday @ 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Deeply relaxing style of yoga practice. Poses are held for 5-20 minutes while the body is supported by blocks, bolsters and blankets, encouraging your mind to quiet and your body to soften.


What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in. A T-shirt and shorts or leggings are ideal. Sweat pants are an option, although it is easier to observe ankle and knee alignment and leg muscle function if you are not wearing baggy pants.

What To Bring
Bring your own mat or other yoga props if you have them,  and an open mind. Any items you need for class will be provided if you do not have your own yoga practice props. Mats, straps and blocks can also be purchased at class.
