A class connecting various yoga poses and breathe while learning correct alignment. This class you could build sweat and cardio when flowing through the sequence. Balancing and core are important factors of the practice.
This class is all about self-care. Perfect way to start/end your week. A meditative practice in low lit room while holding stretching postures for up to 5 minutes. This practice uses props for extra comfort and allows you to to work into fascia for increased flexibility in the body.
This class is suitable for all levels. Main focus is connecting breath with gentle movements to unwind and release tension from our daily lives. Working on core areas we tend to hold stress and have minimal flexibility. ( Spine, neck, hamstrings, and hips).

What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in. A T-shirt and shorts or leggings are ideal. Sweat pants are an option, although it is easier to observe ankle and knee alignment and leg muscle function if you are not wearing baggy pants.
What To Bring
Bring your own mat or purchase one at the studio. Currently, due to COVID-19 guidelines, it's necessary for you to bring your own soft props (2 blankets and a strap).
