In the 12 hour Live class, you'll learn techniques to strengthen and restore your body. The valuable tools you'll receive will help to relieve work related musculoskeletal challenges and hopefully lead to longevity in your career the 1st day and on the 2nd day you'll have the opportunity to discover new ways to incorporate myofascial stretches into your massage, encouraging your clients to become active participants in their wellness.

In this 6 hour CE Class, the Massage Therapist will learn how to effectively give a sinus massage treatment with and without essential oils AND a thorough foot massage including basic foot reflexology techniques. This class will fulfill your "Hands-On, Relevant To and Focused on Massage" Requirements.

In this 2 hour General CE Class, The new (Feb 2022) Florida Board of Massage Recordkeeping Rule 64B7-23.009, will be clarified. You will learn how to create and take a client health intake assessment that meets the requirements of the FL Board of Massage. Classes will be held at Hands of Grace location.

In this 2.5 hour workshop/class, you will learn how to prepare the body to safely practice inversions. Proper alignment combined with strengthening poses prepare the practitioner to be able to safely begin a practice of remedial inversions.
This class is suited for Beginners who have a basic knowledge of yoga asanas and a minimum of 1 year practice. Please come with an empty belly and an open mind.

YOGA TEACHERS Earn Continuing Education Credits In this 3 hour workshop/class, where you'll learn how to teach your students to begin to practice inversions safely. With the use of props and proper alignment and technique, preliminary poses leading up to strong and stable inversions will be taught and practiced. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience required to attend this class.
Bring a notebook for taking notes &/or your phone for taking pictures to help you remember how the poses are set up. Please come with an empty belly and an open mind.
