What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in. A T-shirt and shorts or leggings are ideal. Sweat pants are an option, although it is easier to observe ankle and knee alignment and leg muscle function if you are not wearing baggy pants.
What To Bring
Bring your own mat or purchase one at the studio. Currently, due to COVID-19 guidelines, it's necessary for you to bring your own soft props (2 blankets and a strap).
NEW STUDENTS ~ Please text or call Maureen @ 352-425-3700 to discuss borrowing soft props for your 1st class, if you don't have any to bring.
